/search/<term> should list codepoints whose name, block or hex codepoint case-insensitively matches <term>. The output format should be the same as /codepoints/....

`/search/<term>` should list codepoints whose name, block or hex codepoint case-insensitively matches `<term>`. The output format should be the same as `/codepoints/...`.
